Tip: Aim to be healthy not perfect. Fitness is not about having the perfect body. It’s about longevity and your ability to fight disease during your long life. Obviously less fat is healthier but no fat is not healthy. Talk to your doctor about being healthy and stop watching the scale. As long as you are eating a healthy diet and exercising 3-5 days a week for 60 minutes or more you can achieve great health.
