Tip: The bigger, healthier breakfast you start your day with, the less tempted you will be to eat or snack on unhealthy choices. Choose a breakfast that’s high in protein and choose to have your carbs at the beginning of your day so you have the time to burn them all day long. Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies throughout the day. The more healthy nutrients that enter your body the less likely you are to reach for the junk food.
