Tip: A morning workout is a great way to start your day! Some tips to help a morning work out along, get to bed early, there’s nothing worse than being too tired to give your all. Have your caffeine before your workout and your protein shake after your workout. The caffeine will give your body that extra boost to push yourself hard and the protein after will help your muscles to recover and insure that your metabolism keeps moving.
