Tip: Incorporating different exercises daily is really important so that your body doesn’t plateau and get too used to doing the same thing. Switching things up will keep your body changing in the right directions. It shocks your muscles when you change things in your routine. I used to have a cycle instructor that would shout out, “You change something on that bike, you change something on your body.” I never really understood this until I started switching up my routines and trying new things.
