Tip: Spot Training. You cannot lose fat in a single area. There is no such thing as targeting fat loss on specific areas of your body. However, what you can do is build your muscle in certain areas. Being that muscles are longer and leaner than fat, building them will improve the appearance of the area you are unhappy with.
