Exercise of the Day: Restorative Yoga

Affirmation: “I am stronger than others think I am and my strength will shine today.”

Tip: I feel this is an important tip for today. Just because something or someone knocks you down, you don’t have to throw an entire day away because of a moment or an event. You can be really hurt, or really upset and you should get that out but let that moment pass and start a new moment as soon as you can. Often times we wake up and immediately something doesn’t go our way and we say, “wow, I’m having a really bad day,” and we let that moment or that occurrence control the rest of our day. It doesn’t have to be like that. You can let it go and tell yourself the rest of your day is going to be good and that everything is going to be just fine and it will be.
