Tip: Take a walk! Not feeling like your usual workout routine but don’t want to feel guilty? Taking a walk will still help you to stay active, burn calories and get your heart rate up. There’s no shame in getting outside and getting some vitamin D and taking a walk. It’s certainly better than sitting still on your couch.
