Exercise of the Day: Reformer Pilates

Tip: Who doesn’t want defined abs? Working on your abs and doing sit-ups is very important for building your core strength. An awesome tip for when you are doing those sit-ups is to take a deep breath out at the top of your sit-up. This forces the muscle work harder. So you can actually blow off fat at the top of that crunch. Make sure you aren’t working your abs every day though, they should only be trained 2-3days per week, the same applies to any muscle group.
