Tip: Everything always works itself out. Try not to stress. Remember that every time you stress out you are shortening your life span and harming your internal organs. Stress is a contributing factor to high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity and diabetes. You need to remember that everything always works out and why? Because you won’t let things fall apart. Mindfully manage stress by taking time for yourself. Make sure to also work out regularly, which actually has been proven to lower stress. Being social more frequently, especially with family and friends that have good positive outlooks on life will help lower stress as well.  A nice smile and a laugh really will rub off on you.
