Tip: Eat Slowly. Eating slowly will actually help you to eat less. When you eat really fast your body doesn’t have a chance to recognize when it’s full so you continue to eat and you end up overly stuffed. Yuck. No one likes that feeling. Slow down, take your time and you will find that you need to eat less. If you still feel hungry, wait 20 minutes before having something additional to your preset meal. It can take up to 20 minutes to digest and have your body signal to your brain if it actually still needs more food.
