Tip: Consistency is so important when working out. But when we say consistency, we do not mean doing the same exercise day in and day out. We mean picking a time of day. It’s important to get your body into the routine of working out. I personally like mornings. That way it’s out of the way first thing and I don’t have to worry about trying to fit it into my already busy day. Mornings may not be what works for you. So whatever time you choose that works best for you, make sure to consistently stick with that. It will be easier to train your body to go at the same time every day then trying to mess with your schedule and find a new time slot everyday.
