Tip: Don’t count your breaths, make your breaths count. Take time out of your day, every day, for some mental awareness and gratitude. If you aren’t taking time to reflect on your moments then you aren’t taking the time to be grateful for the wonderful things in your life. When we don’t take time to be thankful, the good things go unnoticed and the bad things feel more prominent. A few simple minutes of alone time to think about all the good in each day will go a long way towards your long term happiness.
