Tip: Affirmations are really important. You have to say something positive to yourself throughout your day. Otherwise, given the opportunity, negativity will weigh you down. Repeat affirmations when waking, when looking in the mirror, when negative thoughts encroach on your mind, when driving, when falling asleep and when meditating or any other quiet time you have to yourself. Positive reinforcement throughout your day is really important. There is a affirmation here daily for you if you don’t always have one of your own. I tend to have one or two I continuously repeat to myself and others that I throw in here and there when needed or as per situation.
