Tip: It takes 21 days to change a habit according to scientific research. If you do something or stop doing something for 21 days straight you will form a new habit. I like to use this as a guide whenever I need to bring myself back to healthier ways of living. Whether it’s getting more sleep, making healthier food choices or surrounding myself with healthy minded people, I just remind myself that I can do anything for 21 days.
